5. Payments and Wallet

• All wallet top-ups are non-refundable unless required by law
• Virtual number rental fees are deducted at the time of rental
• Unused wallet balance does not expire
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice

6. Virtual Numbers

• Virtual numbers are rented for a limited time period
• We do not guarantee that specific numbers will be available
• Numbers may not work for all services — no refund for failed rentals where SMS was not delivered
• Numbers are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code on TopSMS are the property of Topboy Innovation. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TopSMS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for any losses resulting from service downtime or unavailability of specific numbers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopSMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of TopSMS after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
